Arsi Hotel

Avoid like the plague, worst hotel ever, dirty rooms, rubbish food, watered down drinks, very rude staff, always talking in their own language and making it obvious its about you. Staff always trying to make money off you. No respect for women or Brits. Arrogant management and receptionists, perving on women. I went with my family, there were 5 of us, never did the staff ask if we were ok or if there was anything we needed. No entertainment, we were the entertainment in that hotel and we made sure we made everybody laugh and smile. 5 stars what a joke. 1 star is even 2 much. Best receptionist was the bald guy named Garzi. Only 1 who made u feel welcome and always had a smile on his face. Rest of them trying every way to make money from u. Checkout time is 12pm but they never tell u that and want u out of the rooms by 12pm even if your leaving in the evening they make u wait in the lobby downstairs or make u pay extra if u want 2 wait in the room. No privacy whatsoever, they will give u info out about any guest, total data breach.Would never go that that hotel ever again and defo would not recommend 2 my worst enemy. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

We rested at the end of October. The rooms are good (the hotel had a very recent renovation, I don’t know if all the rooms have it), tasty and varied food (fruits were mainly apples, pears, plums, oranges, watermelon and melons) there was always fish for dinner and lunch, which was very pleased. Alcohol seems to be okay. WiFi is free. The staff is very polite and friendly. Thank you for your stay, we enjoyed it.
